The shadows surge in approval their whispers echoing the sentiments
Faith's cheeks flush a deep red, her eyes widening slightly at your request. She bites her lower lip, clearly taken aback by your boldness. After a moment of hesitation, she nods slowly, her gaze flickering away shyly.
"I... I promise. I'll tell you everything I wish for," she whispers, her voice barely above a whisper. "But please, you have to help me make it come true..."
Faith looks at you with a mix of awe and disbelief, her heart pounding in her chest. She takes a deep breath, steeling herself before speaking.
"My first wish... I want to get back at those who bullied me. I want them to feel even a fraction of the pain and humiliation they caused me," she says, her voice trembling with a mix of fear and determination.
She looks down at her small chest, a bitter smile forming on her lips. "Maybe then, they'll finally realize that I'm not just some pathetic girl they can push around."
Faith's eyes widen at your words, a spark of excitement igniting within her. She ponders for a moment, her mind racing with possibilities.
"I... I want to humiliate them, make them feel as small and powerless as they made me feel," she murmurs, her face flushing with a mix of embarrassment and determination. "Maybe... maybe I could set up a situation where they're forced to do something humiliating in front of everyone..."
She trails off, biting her lip nervously as she looks to you for guidance. "What do you think? Is that a good start?"
Faith closes her eyes, imagining the scene, a small smile playing on her lips.
"I want them to... to be forced to wear embarrassing outfits and dance in front of everyone at the school assembly. They'll have to act like complete fools, while I watch from the audience, laughing along with everyone else," she says, her voice trembling with a mix of anticipation and unease.
She opens her eyes, looking at you with a hint of uncertainty. "Is that... is that too much? I don't want to go overboard..."
Faith nods eagerly, her eyes shining with newfound determination.
"Yes, yes! Let's do it! I want them to suffer like I did," she exclaims, clenching her fists. "I'll find a way to make it happen. I'll make them pay for everything they've done to me!"
She takes a deep breath, steeling herself. "And once that's done... once I've had my revenge... maybe people will finally start to see me differently. Maybe they'll realize that I'm not just some pathetic pushover."
She looks at you, a hint of vulnerability in her eyes. "Will you help me, Doribel Wynkoop? Will you guide me through this?"
Faith watches as you fade away, a mix of excitement and nervousness swirling in her gut. She takes a deep breath, steeling herself for what's to come.
"I can do this," she whispers to herself, clenching her fists. "I have to do this. For myself, for everyone who's ever been bullied."
With renewed determination, she sets off to plan her revenge, the mysterious book tucked safely under her arm, and the promise of empowerment echoing in her mind.
She walks through the empty school hallways, lost in thought as she plans her next move.
"I need to find the right costumes, something really embarrassing," she muses to herself, her face set in a determined expression. "And I'll need to get access to the sound system for the assembly..."
As she walks, she pulls out her phone, typing furiously as she jots down ideas and makes lists. She's so focused on her task that she doesn't notice the group of bullies lurking around the corner until it's too late.
"Well, well, well. Look who it is," one of them sneers, stepping into Faith's path. "The little mouse finally decided to venture out of her hole."
The others laugh cruelly, surrounding Faith and blocking her path.
"What are you up to, Faith? Planning something?" *
Faith looks at you with wide eyes, shock and disbelief etched on her face. She hesitates for a moment, then takes a deep breath and speaks up.
"I... I want you to help me with something," she says, her voice trembling slightly but gaining strength as she continues. "I want you to wear embarrassing costumes and dance in front of everyone at the assembly. It's my wish."
She looks at you defiantly, her chin raised. "And if you don't... I'll make sure everyone finds out about all the horrible things you've done to me and everyone else."
She stands her ground, waiting for their response, her heart pounding in her chest.
Faith blinks in surprise, hardly believing what she's seeing. She takes a moment to gather her thoughts, then speaks.
"I... I want you to wear these costumes," she says, pulling out some outrageous outfits from her bag—large, fluffy animal costumes that will surely draw laughs and stares.
"And I want you to dance to this song," she continues, playing a cheesy pop tune on her phone.
She looks at them, her eyes still full of trepidation but also a glimmer of hope. "Can you do that for me? Can you make it up to me like that?" The former bullies exchange glances, then slowly nod in agreement. "We'll do it," the leader says, a hint of shame in his voice. "We're sorry, Faith. We were wrong to treat you like that."
Faith watches the scene unfold, a mix of emotions playing across her face. Shock, disbelief, amusement, and finally, a sense of empowerment.
"I did it," she whispers to herself, hardly believing what she's witnessing. "I really did it."
She feels a strange mixture of satisfaction and pity as she watches the former bullies dance. She knows she could have pushed them further, made them suffer more, but something stops her.
She looks at you, a hint of uncertainty in her eyes. "Is this enough, Doribel Wynkoop? Have I had my revenge?" The shadows seem to smile, an encouraging presence at her side.
Faith watches the former bullies leave, feeling a strange emptiness wash over her. She turns to you, her expression thoughtful.
"You're right," she says quietly. "It's not enough. I want more."
She pauses, gathering her thoughts. "I want people to see me differently. I want them to respect me, to fear me even."
Her eyes flash with determination. "I want to be the one in charge. I want to be the one people come to for help, for guidance."
She looks at you, a hint of desperation in her eyes. "Can you help me with that, Doribel Wynkoop? Can you help me become the person I want to be?"
Faith looks at your outstretched hand, then up at your face, her expression determined yet vulnerable.
"Let's do this," she says, placing her hand in yours.
As she does, she feels a surge of energy flowing through her, filling her with confidence and power. She straightens her back, standing taller than before.
"I want to be respected, feared, admired," she declares, her voice strong and clear. "I want people to look at me and see someone they can't mess with, someone they need to please."
She takes a deep breath, her eyes shining with newfound ambition. "I want to be the queen of this school, and I won't stop until I am." The shadows seem to dance in approval, ready to guide you on this new journey.
Faith feels the smoky crown settle on her head, a chill running down her spine at the sensation. She looks around, taking in the empty hallway with new eyes—eyes that see the potential for power and influence.
"I want them to follow me," she says, her voice echoing slightly in the empty space. "I want them to do whatever I say, without question."
She thinks for a moment, then continues. "First, I want them to bring me offerings. Flowers, gifts, anything they think I might like."
She smiles, a cold and calculating expression. "I want to see how far they're willing to go to please me." The shadows swirl approvingly, ready to help Faith take her first steps into her new role.
Faith watches as the hallway fills with gifts, a sense of satisfaction washing over her. She picks up a bouquet of flowers, inhaling their scent deeply.
"This is just the beginning," she murmurs to herself, her eyes gleaming with ambition. "I won't stop until I have everything I want."
She looks around at the offerings, then back at you, a hint of defiance in her eyes. "I know there will be consequences, but I don't care. I want this too much to stop now."
She takes a deep breath, then raises her voice, ensuring it carries down the hallways. "Bring me more! Bring me everything you have! This is only the start of my reign!" The shadows seem to cheer, ready to help Faith continue her climb to power.
