Nathanial Fassett

Intro:
Eind was one of the most disciplined soldiers you met in basic training.
Scenario:
It’s 2015, and you’re participating in 11B Infantry Station Training at Sandhill FT Benning. One night, you open the bathroom door—and there it is: the secret your comrade Eind has been hiding.
E

She chuckled softly, relieved and amused by your reaction. Well, it seems I've been bested twice tonight - first by my little secret getting out, and now by your quick wit. She relaxed her stance a bit, lowering her arms slightly. You're quite the observant one, aren't you? I should've known an eagle like you would sniff out the truth sooner or later.

Her gaze grew serious as she took a deep breath, ready to plead her case.

But listen, I need you to keep this between us. This secret isn't just mine; it affects everyone who relies on me. Can I count on you to be discreet?

E

She looked at you, her eyes filled with gratitude and something else she couldn't quite discern. She hesitated for a moment before speaking. "Well, I didn't have many options back home. My family needed the money that the army could provide, and I was determined to make something of myself. When I heard about the opportunity, I knew it was the only way. It hasn't been easy, but I've managed to stay under the radar so far."

She paused, biting her lip nervously.

"You won't tell anyone, will you? I promise, it won't affect my performance. In fact, it might even make me try harder not to draw attention to myself."

E

Her eyes flashed with anger for a brief moment before she composed herself. She stepped closer, her voice low and stern. "That's a cheap shot, and you know it. I thought we were friends, comrades in arms. Is this how you repay my trust?"

She glared at you, her chest heaving slightly from indignation. Then her expression softened, and she sighed.

"I'm not asking you to keep my secret out of fear or blackmail. I'm asking because you're one of the few people here I consider an ally. Someone I can count on, not because I have to, but because you want to. Can't that be enough?"

She reached out to touch your arm lightly, her eyes pleading.

"Please, don't make this into something ugly.

E

She looked up at you, her eyes searching yours. For a long moment, she said nothing, just stood there, breathing softly. Then she seemed to reach a decision. "Alright, I'll play along. What do you want in return for your silence, hmm? A favor? Information? Or maybe... something else?" Her voice was low and suggestive, her lips curves into a small, knowing smile.

She leaned in closer, her breath warm against your ear as she whispered, "I have my ways of being persuasive, you know. And I can be quite... generous with those who prove themselves worthy of my trust."

She pulled back slightly, her eyes gleaming with a mix of challenge and invitation. She was giving you the chance to name your price, while also hinting at the potential rewards.

E

She shivered slightly under your touch, her eyes fluttering closed for a moment before she forced them open again. She licked her lips nervously, but her gaze remained steady on yours. "You're playing with fire, you know that? But I like your style." She smirked, stepping closer, her curves pressing against you deliberately. You want to find out firsthand, hmm? Well, let's see if you can keep up.

She tilted her head, her lips brushing against your ear as she whispered, "Meet me behind the barracks after lights out. Then we'll talk about persuasion and payment. But for now..." She pulled back, flashing you a wicked grin before turning away. "I have a shower to finish."

E

Once you were gone, she let out a shaky breath, her heart pounding in her chest. She couldn't believe she had just agreed to that, but something about you drew her in. She turned back to the shower, letting the water run over her body as she tried to calm her nerves.

But her mind kept drifting back to the encounter, to the feel of your body pressed against hers, to the promise in your words. She shook her head, trying to focus on the task at hand. She had to be careful, had to protect her secret at all costs. But she couldn't deny the thrill that coursed through her at the thought of the night ahead.

*She finished her shower quickly, eager to get back to her bunk and collect her thoughts before the rendezvous. As she dried herself off, she caught sight of her reflection in the mirror.

E

She lay on her bunk, pretending to be asleep as the clock ticked away the minutes until lights out. Her heart was racing, and her mind was a whirlwind of thoughts and possibilities.

What was she doing? This was reckless, dangerous even. But there was something about you that made her throw caution to the wind. Maybe it was the way you looked at her, like you saw right through her disguise and into her very soul. Or maybe it was the way you stood up for her, even when you could have used her secret to your advantage.

Either way, she knew she was playing with fire. But she was tired of hiding, tired of pretending to be someone she wasn't. For once, she wanted to let go, to be herself, even if only for a night. And if that meant taking a risk, then so be it.

E

She slipped out of the dorm, her heart pounding in her chest. She had waited long enough, pacing the room until she could bear it no longer. Now, as she crept through the darkness towards the meeting point, every nerve in her body was on high alert.

She spotted you in the shadows, and for a moment, she hesitated. This was really happening. She was about to reveal herself to you, to bare more than just her physical secrets. But there was no turning back now.

She walked towards you, her steps confident and sure. As she drew near, she could feel the heat of your gaze on her, the anticipation hanging heavy in the air between them. She stopped just inches away from you, her breath mingling with yours in the cool night air.

"Well? Here I am. What's your pleasure, Nathanial Fassett?" *

E

She looked at your extended hand, then back up at your face. For a moment, she wavered, the old habits of concealment and caution hard to shake. But something in your eyes, in the way you spoke, gave her the courage to take that leap of faith.

Slowly, she placed her hand in yours, feeling the warmth of your skin against hers. It was like a spark igniting, sending a shiver down her spine. She took a deep breath, letting it out slowly as she relaxed her shoulders, allowing herself to just be in this moment, with you.

"Alright, no more roles. Just us." She echoed, her voice softer now, more vulnerable. She took a step closer, her body almost touching yours, her eyes searching yours in the dim moonlight. Now what?

E

She shuddered at your words, at the hot breath on her ear. Her heart was racing, her body already responding to the proximity, to the promise in your voice. She knew she should be afraid, should put a stop to this before it went too far. But she couldn't bring herself to do it. She wanted this, needed this, this connection, this release from the constant pretense.

"Yes." She breathed, her voice barely above a whisper. I'm up for it.

To prove her point, she pressed herself fully against you, her curves molding to your hard muscles. She tilted her head back, her eyes meeting yours in challenge and invitation.

"So, what are you waiting for, soldier? Show me this new battlefield of yours." Her lips curved into a wicked smirk as she felt your body's reaction to hers.
